The web site located at tlrgc.com, (the “Site”) is owned and operated by Metro Auto Parks, We recognize the importance of privacy to you and the other users of the Metro Auto Parks services (the “Services”). Metro Auto Parks is providing this notice to explain how we collect, use, disclose and protect the personal information you submit to us. This Privacy Statement applies to personal information collected by us in the course of providing the Services, including, where applicable, information collected through automated license plate recognition systems used at our parking facilities. Except as expressly stated, this Privacy Statement does not apply to unrelated information collected by third parties online or offline.
In general, you may visit our Web Site and view its content while remaining anonymous by not providing any personal information. By using the Web Site, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Statement and, if you provide us your personal information, you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your information as described in this Privacy Statement. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not provide us any information and do not use the Web Site.
As used in this Privacy Statement, “we” includes Metro Auto Parks, and any third-party vendors we hire to assist in the provision of customer services, administration of the Web Site and/or the processing or handling of customer information and transactions. These vendors are required to maintain the same level of confidentiality of the user information as set forth herein and are prohibited from using it for any purpose other than as described in this Privacy Statement.
This statement also explains your rights under the CCPA, as amended, to access, change, port and delete personal information that we may have relating to you and describes the process by which you may do so.
INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When you reserve a parking space using the Web Site , we collect personal information from you, including your:
- Name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, and other business and/or residential contact information
- As an option, credit card number and other financial information required to complete a transaction using your Frequent Parker Bonus Card
- Reservation and travel information
- IATA number (as necessary)
- Credit card number and other financial information required to complete a transaction
- Information or comments provided to us on our Website
Our Web Site also collect non-identifiable information that becomes available to us as a result of your visit to any of our Web Site. This information includes, for example, your IP address (a number automatically assigned to your computer when you visit the Web Site, and which is logged by our servers), your Internet Service Provider (“ISP”), your web browser, the type of operating system, the domain name of the web site which links you to our Web Site and the pages you visited while you were using the Web Site.
Collection of Personally Identifying Information from or about Children:

AUTOMATED LICENSE PLATE RECOGNITION (ALPR)
At its parking facilities, Metro Auto Parks uses automated license plate recognition (“ALPR”) technology to capture license plate images and convert them into computer-readable information in connection with its parking operations, customer assistance, security, and related business functions.
Notice and consent. Metro Auto Parks provides notice of its use of ALPR technology through signage posted at the entrances to its parking facilities and through this policy. By entering a facility where ALPR is in use, you acknowledge and consent to the capture and use of license plate images and ALPR information as described in this policy. This policy is published at tlrgc.com and is available on request.
Authorized purposes. Metro Auto Parks may use ALPR systems and collect ALPR information for authorized operational and security purposes, including vehicle tracking, customer access, revenue control, lost-ticket incidents, stolen-vehicle issues, billing where applicable, customer assistance, and related parking-facility management and protection of persons and property.
Authorized users and training. Access to ALPR systems and ALPR information is limited to employees and independent contractors whose job responsibilities require such access, including designated information technology, operations, management, customer service, billing, security, and service-provider personnel acting on Metro Auto Parks behalf. The official custodian of the ALPR system for purposes of this policy is the Vice President of Operations, who can be contacted via email here – Email Us.
Monitoring and compliance. Metro Auto Parks maintains reasonable security procedures and practices, including operational, administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, designed to protect ALPR information from unauthorized access, destruction, use, modification, or disclosure. Sale, sharing, or transfer of ALPR information. Sale, sharing, and transfer restrictions. Metro Auto Parks does not sell ALPR information. Metro Auto Parks does not share or transfer ALPR information to third parties except to the extent necessary for the ALPR vendor or service provider to host, maintain, support, repair, or otherwise service the ALPR system on Metro Auto Parks’s behalf. Any such access or disclosure shall be limited to the extent reasonably necessary for those purposes and shall remain subject to applicable confidentiality, security, and use restrictions. Accuracy and correction. Metro Auto Parks uses reasonable measures to promote the accuracy of ALPR information, including, where appropriate, review of associated images, comparison against related transaction or incident records, and reasonable verification procedures before ALPR information is relied upon for operational or investigative purposes. If Metro Auto Parks becomes aware of a material error in ALPR information, or if a claimed error is brought to its attention and verified, Metro Auto Parks will take reasonable steps to correct the error in its records or, where appropriate, annotate, limit use of, or delete the affected information.
Retention and destruction. Metro Auto Parks retains ALPR information for 2 years after collection unless a longer retention period is reasonably necessary for an active billing matter, customer service issue, incident review, investigation, legal compliance obligation, or preservation requirement. On a regular basis, after the end of the applicable retention period, Metro Auto Parks will review retained ALPR information and, absent a continuing authorized need for retention, will securely delete, destroy, or otherwise render the information inaccessible in the ordinary course of business .
USE AND DISCLOSURE OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We share personal information with trusted third-party service providers as necessary to complete a transaction, perform a Service on our behalf (for example, credit card processing, and database management), or perform a Service that you have requested (for example, reserving a parking space with a third-party facility). When the service provider acts solely on our behalf, we do not allow them to use your information for other purposes. For example, our vendors process your credit card charges on our behalf. They can only use the personal information we give them to process your charges. Your personal information may be disclosed to our affiliated companies and service providers for internal audit, management, business, marketing, billing and/or administrative purposes. We may also use your personal information for the following purposes:

- Responding to your requests and inquiries
- Marketing purposes, such as delivering tailored advertising and loyalty programs based upon purchase histories and other demographic information you may have voluntarily provided to us

In order to use the Web Site to make a reservation, you are required to give consent to be contacted via email or phone concerning your reservation(s). This includes automated transactional emails for reservation confirmation, modification, cancellation and/or general concerns about your reservation(s).
From time to time you, may be offered the opportunity to participate in contests, giveaways, or other similar promotions we sponsor. Except as explained otherwise in the rules for a particular contest, giveaway, or promotion, any personal information you provide will be used in accordance with this Privacy Statement.
We may share aggregated and de-identified information about visitors to our Web Site collected through the reservation process as well as through online surveys and promotions with select advertisers. In some instances, we use this information to deliver tailored advertisements. Based upon the information we have collected, we may then display advertisements to specific audiences. We will not share personal information about you with these advertisers.

We have the right to maintain certain information in certain circumstances and even if you choose to delete your information, you may still receive administrative, billing and other customer related e-mails and other communications from us.
